This is located a 6-minute walk from the property beside the nearest tube station, which is Highbury & Islington. The keys are required to be returned here upon checkout House Rules & Policies: *STRICTLY NO PARTIES ALLOWED* • Cancellation. Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival. • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. • I.D - All guest ID's will need to send during the check in process along with a selfie to validate that the ID. • Deposit - A £200 hold will be placed on a credit or debit card which will be released automatically after 3 days once we confirm no damage was caused during your stay. • Smoking - Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Parea Living homes. • If you have unauthorised guests staying in the property you will be charged. • We do nor permit the use of Air Fryers or Portable Heaters. • Towels - Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom. • Extra linen / towels are available for a small fee upon request. Please note, the elevator is being replaced until April 14 so the flat is accessible by 4 flights of stairs while this is ongoing.
