The bottom floor has a 3rd bathroom, a double bed, and a sofa bed. Comfortable Sleep… - At Parea Living, our guests sleep better than anywhere else. You’ll have the choice of 2 big bedrooms. One of which has an ensuite bathroom. The 3rd “bedroom” is a section of the living area to accommodate larger families/groups. Centrally Located - You’ll be tucked away on a quiet street called Birchfield Street, a mere 2-minute walk to Westferry station. So you’ll be hidden away from the ‘hustle and bustle’ but well connected to Central London and within walking distance of Canary Wharf. Parking… - Parking? Yes, parking! In London, we know! Communal Meals… - You will have access to the fully equipped kitchen in the spacious dining area to prepare lovely, wholesome breakfasts or tasty communal meals for your friends and family. TV/Internet… - If you fancy some TV, you can unwind with the latest shows and movies on the TV, which has a Chromecast to connect any app to the TV, along with high-speed WiFi that’ll keep you connected throughout your stay. We promise that if you book now, you’ll have an experience that will redefine your idea of a perfect stay. For this Parea Living home, you’ll receive access via a lock box at the property. All your check-in details will be provided 1 day before you arrive. You’ll constantly communicate with us throughout your stay should you wish to reach out. Our goal at Parea Living is to give you the best possible experience. Parea Living is committed to ensuring you have a happy stay with us. Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival. • Lead guest. The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. • Smoking - Guests cannot smoke inside Parea Living homes. • If you have unauthorised guests staying in the property you will be charged. • We do nor permit the use of Air Fryers or Portable Heaters. • Towels - Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom. • Extra linen / towels are available for a small fee upon request. Please note we had added a 3rd couch to make the living area inclusive for bigger groups.
