We promise that if you book now, you’ll have an experience that will redefine your idea of a perfect stay. For this Parea Living home you’ll receive access via lockbox on-site at the property. All your check-in details will be provided 1 day before you arrive. You’ll have constant communication with us throughout your stay should you wish to reach out. House Rules & Policies: • Strictly NO parties allowed • Cancellation: Bookings are refundable up to 14 days before arrival. • Primary guest: The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. • Smoking : Guests are not permitted to smoke inside any Parea Living homes. • We do nor permit the use of Air Fryers or Portable Heaters • If you have unauthorized guests staying in the property you will be charged • Towels - Bath + Hand towels are provided x1 per person along with a complimentary Shower Gel + Shampoo in each bathroom. • Extra linen / towels are available for a small fee upon request. • We offer only Netflix and apps, not cable TV :)
